  • Configuration and Customization: Customizing ServiceNow applications and modules, including workflows, forms, and user interfaces, to tailor them to specific business needs.
  • Automation and Scripting: Developing and implementing automation scripts using JavaScript to streamline repetitive tasks and improve process efficiency.
  • Data Management: Maintaining and updating the CMDB (Configuration Management Database) to ensure accurate and reliable information for decision-making.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Creating and managing reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights into system performance and assist stakeholders in making informed decisions.
